Climbing is one of the best sports, but is it dangerous? And yes it is. If you are climbing in rocks you can get hurt of many ways, here are some examples:

- Falls: Falls are one of the most obvious risks in climbing. They can result in serious injuries, such as fractures, sprains or even death.

- Rock falls: Loose rocks or rock falls can be very dangerous. Knowing how to receive impacts from these rocks is crucial to avoid dangerous falls or damage that will prevent further climbing.

- Adverse weather conditions: Climbers must face strong gusts of wind, rain and even extreme blizzards. Being attentive to weather development is critical to safety.

- Human error: Problems with harness knots, rope position on the belay, incorrect carabiner closures or poor coordination with partners can have fatal consequences.

- Hand and foot injuries: Climbing can cause injuries to the extremities due to the effort and constant friction with the rocks.
