Why is climbing useful and important?

 WHY IS CLIMBING USEFUL?

The great virtue of sport climbing is that it is a very complete discipline in which most muscle groups are exercised. Therefore, it is an excellent method for toning and shaping the body and gaining strength, especially in the upper body.

Why is it important? Climbing increases arm and leg strength, as well as grip. Improves balance and flexibility. It makes us more agile. It improves the musculature of the whole body, limbs and back muscles and dorsal muscles.
